LDC 3308

LDC 3308 is our largest missing middle project to date with 20 units with a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units coming soon to Killarney.  This project broke ground in Q3 2025 and is slated for completion in Q3 2026.  Directly across from local icon Luke’s and the considerable amenities that Killarney has to offer.  This safe, vibrant, family-friendly neighbourhood will make for a wonderful place to rent a home.

LDC 5316

LDC 5316 is our latest purpose-built multifamily project and will consist of 20 units with a mix of 1 and 3 bedroom suites.  The project will be located directly on Elbow Drive with convenient access to downtown, local running and cycling paths, Chinook Center, directly adjacent a bus stop and close to the bustling business in nearby Brittania such as Lina’s Italian Market and Brown’s Social House, all a short walk away.

LDC 1803

LDC 1803 is our third 16 unit stacked townhouse purpose built rental project in the wonderful community of Capitol Hill.  We love this neighbourhood and wanted to build upon the success of our second project located nearby in the neighbouring community of Banff Trail.  This corner lot will provide the same incredible amenity mix as LDC 1908.  The site is flanked by four beautiful mature Fraxinus Pennsylvanica trees that the design has thoughtfully integrated to give this site a large degree of character from the onset.  This project will commence construction in Q4 of 2025 and be ready to rent by Q4 2026.  Leadout Development is responsible for the full suite of development services on behalf of its investors including site selection, negotiation and purchase, arranging financing, managing the design, construction and ultimately a future role as asset manager.

Coaldale Crossing

Coaldale Crossing is a 6.8 Acre grocery-anchored shopping center positioned along the Crowsnest Highway (No.3), designed to address the growing retail needs of a thriving community.  The project will contain a pharmacy and multiple drive-thru restaurants among the 66,000 sf of tenants upon completion, anticipated for 2027.
