Krispy Kreme Edmonton
Calgary Trail
Leadout Development was selected by Krispy Kreme to lead their Western Canadian expansion project. The first store in Alberta is the Krispy Kreme located at 4636 Calgary Trail NW. Leadout was involved in negotiating and finalizing the lease with the landlord and refinement of the prototype design, which is a new 4800 sf “Hot Light Factory Theatre” concept experience. Leadout was also involved navigating the permit process and selecting and hiring the general contractor. We will break ground on this project in Q1 2024, with an anticipated completion of Q4 2024.

MacLeod Trail
Leadout Development was selected by Krispy Kreme to lead their Western Canadian expansion project. The first store of our their relaunch in Alberta is the Krispy Kreme located at 9627 MacLeod Trail South Leadout was involved in negotiating and finalizing the lease with the landlord and refinement of the prototype design, which is a new 4800 sf “Hot Light Factory Theatre” concept experience. Leadout was also involved in navigating the permit process and selecting and hiring the general contractor. We will break ground on this project in Q2 2024, with an anticipated completion of Q1 2025.
LDC 1802
LDC 1802 is a 16 unit stacked townhouse purpose built rental project in the highly sought-after community of South Calgary/Marda Loop. It is located at 1802/1808 28 Avenue SW. The site is within walking distance of the primary transit network, a convenience store, outdoor volleyball courts and an outdoor pool. It has easy access to downtown and will start to address the “missing middle” housing our city so desperately needs. This is Leadout Development’s first townhouse project and will commence construction in Q2 of 2024 and be ready to rent by Q2 2025. Leadout Development is responsible for the full suite of development services on behalf of its investors including site selection, negotiation and purchase, arranging financing, managing the design, construction and ultimately a future role as asset manager.
LDC 1908
LDC 1908 is our second 16 unit stacked townhouse purpose built rental project in the wonderful community of Banff Trail. It is located at 1908/1912 19 Avenue NW. This fantastic location is a neighbour to the iconic Eidelweiss Deli, Weeds Café and within walking distance of multiple professional businesses, schools and the beautiful Banff Trail Park. It is very near the primary transit network of 16th Avenue and will serve two local post secondary institutions in the University of Calgary and SAIT. McMahon Stadium and North Hill Shopping Center/Home Depot are each less than a kilometer away. This project will commence construction in Q3 of 2024 and be ready to rent by Q3 2025.
