Calgary Trail

Leadout Development was selected by Krispy Kreme to lead their Western Canadian expansion project.  The first store in Alberta is the Krispy Kreme located at 4636 Calgary Trail NW.  Leadout was involved in negotiating and finalizing the lease with the landlord and refinement of the prototype design, which is a new 4800 sf “Hot Light Factory Theatre” concept experience.  Leadout was also involved navigating the permit process and selecting and hiring the general contractor.
